This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia notwithstanding any conflict of laws provisions. The federal or state courts of Virginia shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any claims arising out of this Agreement, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections thereto.
